IP banned, what should I do?
Is there a way of setting PCL up to run on someone else's server?
Proxies can't work. I'm still connecting through the same ISP, thus CP is still sending ICMP crap to them to block me.

If you don't have a static IP, try resetting your modem. That should work, unless they range/wild card banned you.
