Where can I get PCL/PCL R-4?[LINKS FIXED]

I'm having a little problem with the formation bot scripts, even magical_walrus's formation maker has the same problem and mine as well, my problem is the bots follow and not form the coordinates I want, so I select the coordinates I want, I was trying to make a formation that says "LOL", but the bots just follow and copy, I'm so getting stresses from the bots following and not forming what I want, I'm not very happy right now, please help me asap.

By the time i get into the files, i extract all files, but then i dont know what to do next!

Ok if your on winblowz download php5 from http://www.php.net
If your on ubuntu type

sudo apt-get install php5-cli

in terminal
Then you open command prompt if your in winblowz and terminal if your in ubuntu and type php YOURPHPFILENAME.php

You cannot get the beta hat with it anymore. You can create bots and guards, it is simple packet manipulation.
